Who are we?
Claude Schmitt and Claude Onimus, two Alsatian enthusiasts are behind ALSACE WELCOME. They dreamed up a unique concept, in both its form and its function. Their knowledge of the area as company directors or ex-directors, particularly transport and tourism, and their roots in our region going back several generations, represent undisputed advantages for the Association, as well as for our Customers, in terms of ‘field’ knowledge. In essence, Alsace Welcome is a members’ network managed by a Board of Directors comprising the general managers of 12 managers of major and recognised companies.

Our association is based on two independent organisations:
A technical platform
They operate under the management of a transport and holiday professional, based in Alsace. This technical platform, collaborating with a large number of business partners, fills in the details of your plans, based on your wishes and your budget. As your favoured contact, he organises and directs your trip and invoices for the services supplied.
A commercial company
Deux-C SAS is responsible for sales development of the network. This Company is directed jointly by Mr Claude Schmitt, former Operations Director of Europatours /Schmittours at Muttersholtz and by Claude Onimus, former company manager and Sales Director. Both of them oversee offers and monitor the requirement level of services supplied.

Alsace Welcome’s Board of Directors supervises actions and approves new applicants based on their reputation, the quality of services they can offer our Customers, and their dynamism.
